Welcome to Mullahy & Associates, LLC, a healthcare case management training and consulting practice.
Recently, we, Catherine M. Mullahy, RN, BS, CRRN, CCM and Jeanne Boling, MSN, CRRN, CDMS, CCM, have been busy meeting with healthcare professionals, case management department heads and individual case managers sharing our mission of developing a new and vital resource for Americans – direct-to-consumer, community-based case managers.
Catherine, our president and founder and author of The Case Manager’s Handbook, now in its fourth edition, has been on the speaker circuit. She has been providing educational and motivational seminars at major conferences, healthcare and managed care providers, physicians’ offices, pharmaceutical companies and healthcare IT providers. Her presentations are as varied as the audiences, but all have a common thread of promoting “Best-in-Class” case management practices and the important role direct-to-consumer case managers can play as vital patient advocates.
Jeanne Boling, our vice president and former Executive Director of the Case Management Society of America (CMSA, has been expanding our curriculum for both onsite and association programs as well as long distance learning. These programs reflect timely, critical matters affecting healthcare professionals across many disciplines.
