The tools in assessing each medical challenge to improve care were excellent. This class is so great for individuals who are new in case management.

Enjoyed this! I have worked in private hospitals, the VA for 21 years, in the ER and have been a case manager in Primary Care, worked in home health. This in-service brought it all together. How case management can work in each field across services! Thanks for this awesome program!

Great job with the presentation. This presentation has given me the basis and foundation of information to adhere and to increase my collaboration efforts for the veterans for whom I serve. I thank you for giving me clear definitions of many different aspects of case management.

Excellent program. Reinforced importance of evaluating behavioral health along with primary care concerns. As a pharmacist following patients with disease state management, these concerns are many ties not addressed and may be partly reason for noncompliance. Loved the poly pharmacy.

I am a Senior Social Worker at the Atlanta VAMC and work in a Primary (PACT) Care Clinic. I attended a Case Managers workshop with other VA staff in Birmingham, AL. It was facilitated by Mullahy and Associates. Attending the workshop/training confirmed my desire to obtain my CCM. I took the exam this morning and passed although of course my official notice of exam status has not been received yet. My only study guide was your book on Case Management and the guide from the CCMC. Awesome!! I just had to share that with you.
