I am a Senior Social Worker at the Atlanta VAMC and work in a Primary (PACT) Care Clinic. I attended a Case Managers workshop with other VA staff in Birmingham, AL. Excellent program. Reinforced importance of evaluating behavioral health along with primary care concerns. As a pharmacist following patients with disease state management, these concerns are many ties not addressed and may be partly reason for noncompliance. Loved the poly pharmacy.
