In my experience, Catherine Mullahy is the expert; exceptional and dedicated as well as efficient and effective. I was exceedingly impressed, and the staffs were most appreciative, that she took personal interest to understand their unique practice in the service to the 115,000 vulnerable Native Americans in South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska and Iowa.
